Hotel management

Looking for variety? During your training, you’ll get to know different areas of the hotel and discover where your strengths lie – whether that’s guest-facing or behind the scenes. If you’re organised, open-minded, and can keep calm under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Learning about and experiencing various roles at the hotel
• Accepting goods and managing stock
• Working in the kitchen, housekeeping, service, reception, and reservations departments
• Communicating with guests and managing complaints
• Housekeeping and F&B management duties
• Implementing strategies for operational channel management
• Assisting with sales promotion and marketing activities
• Organising, selling, and managing events
• Office organisation

Apprenticeship programme

• 1st year
  Housekeeping (10 weeks) | Restaurant LUMI (10 weeks) | Kitchen (6 weeks) | F&B (6 weeks) | Housekeeping admin (2 weeks)
• 2nd year
  Housekeeping admin (4 weeks) | Reception (17 weeks) | Reservations (13 weeks)
• 3rd year
  Reservations (4 weeks) | Sales (10 weeks) | Marketing (12 weeks) | Accounting (4 weeks)

Duration: 3 years
The duration of the apprenticeship may be reduced under certain conditions (e.g. if you have a high school diploma or achieve outstanding results in school and at work).
