Health Concierge / Fitness trainer

Employees who combine expertise with personality.As a health concierge/fitness trainer, you will look after our guests in our 5,000 m² spa area with a modern fitness room, lead individual training sessions and courses, and help them achieve their personal goals with joy and motivation. Here, you can shine in personal training or respond to the individual needs of our guests with uVida respiratory metabolism analysis.

You have in your luggage:

• Are you an athletic all-rounder? Career changers are also welcome.
• Training or studies in the field of health, therapy, sports, training, or similar.
• Trainer license B or C.
• Are you a passionate trainer who loves to be a host?
• Can you inspire others and are you enthusiastic?
• High degree of personal responsibility as well as organizational and structuring skills.
• Resilience and ability to work in a team
• Reliable and orderly way of working

• Professional consulting skills and a focus on individual health solutions
• You create the connection between people, methods, and modern technology

Your main tasks: 

• Conducting group training sessions (e.g., core balance, yoga, Nordic walking, bike tours, jogging, Pilates, etc.) 
• Conducting and evaluating health and training analyses (uVida)
• Designing, managing, and further developing the health, training, and regeneration concept with innovative training and analysis formats
• Designing, conducting, and further developing course and group formats
• Supporting and advising hotel guests in the fitness and wellness area
• Coordinating the activity program for the hotel
• Maintenance and inspection of fitness equipment
• Collaboration with spa, wellness, and reception teams
• Making the health concept clear, tangible, understandable, and sustainably effective for guests
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
