Let’s take a tour through Seezeitlodge! Each department of the hotel has its own profile and specific tasks. But every area is part of the bigger picture. No matter where you work, no matter what your position – there will always be interaction with other departments. And that’s what makes it so much fun.

It’s like a lively marketplace here: People come and go, they enjoy themselves and chat, leaving satisfied and already longing to come back. And we’re at the heart of it all!

As hosts, advisors, and companions. Attentive in the background or actively engaging with guests. From breakfast to the smoothie bar, lunch, and dinner: Every part of the day has its own delicious appeal. And – of course – it can get hectic.

The atmosphere is electric, and the heat is on. That’s when routine and team spirit come into play, and we tackle every tricky situation together.

Culinary skill, perfect organisation, and personal service: These are also required in our spa bistro and banquet area that hosts private celebrations and conferences.

From noon to late into the night, there’s always something happening here. You can experiment with a wide range of spirits and advise guests. Did you know we’ve even created our own gin with matching tonics or that we offer signature cocktails made with Celtic herbs? That our bar is on the Equinox axis, and that its name pays tribute to the two days every year when day and night are the same length?

Things are happening here: preparing, cooking, and then starting afresh! Under the direction of our head chef, fine works of art are created on the plates – whether starters, main courses, or desserts. Attached to it is our in-house, open-view bakery and patisserie – one of our highlights and a guest favourite! That’s why the kitchen is never really closed. At night, our bakers prepare delicious treats for the coming day.

We love keeping things tidy! Cleanliness is the order of the day in housekeeping. Whether it’s guest rooms, public areas, or the back office – we like everything to be perfectly maintained and clean at all times. Our in-house laundry also plays a major role in this. If a guest needs something in their room, we handle it in a flash.

Our smiles come from the heart. That’s the only way the first impression truly counts! Our reception team welcomes guests and has a great deal of responsibility. From check-in to check-out: For every request, question, or query, there’s a competent and friendly point of contact here.

The phone is ringing. Almost non-stop! At the same time, lots of e-mails are landing in our inbox. No worries! We stay cool. We’re the masters of anticipation and give our future guests advice that’s perfectly tailored to them. After all, competency and precision are key in sales.

Everyone who works here is relaxed. Because our Seezeit spa is filled with an extraordinary atmosphere and fantastic energy. And everyone who works here has varied tasks that make people happy: from advising at the spa reception to massages, treatments, sauna infusions, yoga sessions, and personal training.

We spend our working days promoting our hotel and products with the goal of delighting guests with top performance. This also includes social media marketing, sales talks, and the individual planning of customer events – whether it’s a multi-day event, a private celebration, or an exclusive conference.

We can handle events of all sizes! We work closely with the kitchen and banquet teams and weave everything together seamlessly. This way, we ensure the most wonderful experiences.

A lightbulb is out? The tap is dripping? When something goes wrong, we’re there with a hands-on mentality, quick and reliable! We also keep an eye on Seezeitlodge both inside and out, and are responsible for maintaining the entire hotel grounds. Plus, we regularly service our company cars.
